Individual Coaching

Each month, you have the opportunity to select one complimentary individual coaching session. If you desire additional sessions or alternative options, feel free to connect with the respective coach.

*Upon completing your registration, this time slot will be reserved exclusively for you. Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to prevent QRSE from incurring financial obligations on your behalf.

Physical Wellbeing PT

Every month, you have the chance to sign up for virtual personal training sessions with Colby, Lōkahi Wellbeing's renowned personal trainer and competitive natural bodybuilder. Upon enrollment, Virtual PT sessions will be accessible throughout the month, and you can re-enroll and or sign up each month. All training will be done through an easy access app called TrainHeroic only accessible by QRSE employee participants. Employees will be able to select which “workout split” option they want prior to beginning the month.

Workout Split Options:

  • 4 Day Plan (Upper/Lower Split): designed for those who have access to dumbbells, cables, free weights, etc. Good for those taking advantage of a gym membership.

  • 3 Day Plan: At home workouts using bodyweight, bands, light dumbbells.

*Current GetFit stipend will be applied to each participant who enrolls in this wellness option.

Monthly Wellness Challenge

Each month, you can register for a complimentary wellness challenge. These monthly challenges offer an opportunity for an enriching journey towards wellness, promising both enjoyment and personal growth along the way. These challenges give you information, inspiration, and the opportunity to earn points while implementing healthy new habits in your life.

*All challenges begin on the 1st of the month @ 12 noon (Hawaii TZ) and end the last day of the month @ 12 noon (Hawaii TZ).

NOVEMBER: Being Present, Kindness and Gratitude Challenge

*100 points for each participated challenge*

Monthly Wellness Workshops

Monthly Wellness Workshops will take place once a month at 12 noon (Hawaii TZ). All live workshops will be held virtually and will last for ~45 minutes. These workshops give you the opportunity to interact and ask questions of your dedicated wellness team while learning valuable applicable life information.

Recordings of all workshops will be available for future viewing. Points will be earned by attending live sessions or watching the replay.

*Google Meet invites for all Wellness Workshops have been sent via email for open registration throughout the year.

QRSE Private Social Media

Join us and your fellow employees on the QRSE Wellness Program private social media platforms to share stories, motivate one another, and build morale!

How To Register and Sign Up

Individual Coaching, and Monthly Wellness Workshops have open enrollment throughout the entirety of the wellness program. Therefore, you have the opportunity to enroll in these services at any point.

Physical Wellbeing PT and Monthly Wellness Challenge registration begins 15 days before the 1st of every month and ends on the 1st of every month at 12 noon (Hawaii TZ). For example, May signs ups start April 15th and will close on May 1 at 12 noon (Hawaii TZ).

STEP 1: Visit your private webpage at www.lokahiwellbeing.com/qrse-wellness to register and sign up for Coaching Sessions, Monthly Challenges, and Physical Wellbeing Personal Training. For Workshops, please reply to Google Meet email invitations to register.

STEP 2: Click on link under each wellness option, sign up, book appointment, or fill out intake form for Coaching, Challenges, and Physical Wellbeing options.

STEP 3: Follow directions for continued progression of each wellness option.

STEP 4: Check back each month for continued registration and updates.

STEP 5: Join us and your fellow employees on the QRSE Wellness Program private social media platforms to share stories, motivate one another, and build morale!
